So I decided to rummage around in my old polishes for something to layer on top of black and I came across an old gem. L'Oreal Jet-Set Shine in 615 Paint the Town. I layered 2 coats on Sinful Colors Black on Black and got a beautiful red/gold/green holographic flaky. I also finally put my Essie Matte About You top coat to use for the second photo.

1920s Inspired FOTD for Nymphette415's FOTD Challenge Calendar
I am making it a goal for the next few weeks to do at least 2 FOTDs from Nymphette415's September FOTD Challenge Calendar. I recently created a tutorial based on her Grunge day, which I created a 1920s Unconventional Grunge Look (seeing a trend?).
The look I came up with was a penciled eyebrow, ton of blush on the apples and temples, heavy black messy eyeshadow, dramatic eyelashes on the upper and lower lids and a very dark pouty lip. I didn't have a 1920s wig so I had to settle for a 1940s wardrobe.
