I look elvish. :)
Anyway, I contemplate shaving my sides again almost everyday and I've been clipping my sides back to try and help, but I still felt that my hair was blah because it's almost all one length. After seeing photos of a few girls with short hair and extensions (including my twinsie Nymphette), I decided to change the look of my hair a little by adding some extensions.
I went to The Dreadquarters here in Vancouver, which is a salon that specializes in dreadlocks, synthetic dread extensions, hair extensions, and regular salon services. I saw Becca, who was awesome!! She is a hair stylist who is in a band, what more could I ask for? She even knew someone that I know from my small home town in the Arctic!
She added two wefts on the top of my head and she already had some ideas for my short hair extensions in the future, which I very much appreciate because it gives me something to look forward to while trying to grow my mop out. :)
